Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Mexican Art Dealing, including our website, booking services, restaurant seating, and offline poker tables.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, making a table reservation, or participating in any social poker tables at Mexican Art Dealing, you fully agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local rules.
2. Age Restrictions and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter our premises or join our social poker tables after 8:00 PM. By reserving a slot or entering the venue after this hour, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
3. Reservation and Seating Policy
Reservations for dining and social tables are subject to availability. We hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reallocate tables for walk-in guests if a party fails to arrive.
4. Strict No-Gambling Regulation
All poker activities held on our premises are strictly for social, strategic, and entertainment purposes. Real-money betting, cash wagers, cryptocurrency wagering, and exchanging chips for money or physical goods are absolutely prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned.
5. Nature of Social Poker
The chips and points used at our offline tables hold zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or bought. Seating at our tables is offered as a free social activity for dining guests and community participants.
6. Code of Conduct and Behavior
We maintain a welcoming, respectful, and sophisticated social environment. Harassment, physical or verbal abuse, collusion, card marking, or disruptive behavior at dining or card tables will result in immediate removal by security.
7. Dress Code Requirements
To match the refined, nocturnal atmosphere of our lounge, we require a smart casual dress code. Sleeveless shirts for men, swimwear, and offensive graphics on clothing are not permitted inside the dining area or poker lounge.
8. Food, Beverage, and Allergens
We prepare authentic Mexican street food that may contain common allergens (including corn, wheat, nuts, seeds, and dairy). Guests are responsible for notifying their server of any severe food allergies before ordering.
9. Alcohol Service Policy
Alcoholic beverages are served strictly in compliance with local liquor laws. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification and to refuse alcohol service to any guest showing signs of visible intoxication.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including text, custom graphics, logos, menu descriptions, and site design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mexican Art Dealing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mexican Art Dealing is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.
12. Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mexican Art Dealing, its founders, chefs, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising out of your violation of these Terms or your behavior at our venue.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise, update, or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our physical restaurant operates, and any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
